1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as:

  • Innerwear or intimate apparel

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased on clearance/sale (unless defective)

3. Return Process

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of wrong/defective items sent).

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size/color issues, subject to stock availability.

  • If the desired replacement is not available, a refund or store credit will be issued.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with pictures.

  • We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
