1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for size/color issues, subject to stock availability.
